We are distributed across 2 countries: Spain and Denmark. Your closest collaboration will be with our Change Communication & Brand Specialist.   If you want to make a difference, make it with us by…  Driving our internal communications through:   Managing the content of our internal channels such as SharePoint & Wikis, ensuring consistency & accuracy across the organization  Supporting with content creation, copywriting, or internal communications for key stakeholders   Owning the internal newsletter through publishing, segmentation, and analyzing performance (We use the tool Mailchimp)  Supporting our employer branding initiatives through:  Executing on our social media strategy by creating content as well as collaborating with Marketing to manage our editorial calendar (We use the tool Hootsuite)  Managing our content across social media platforms, and engaging with our audiences   Delivering on planned campaigns by creating visual assets and copywriting  Monitoring and analyzing metrics and performance and making recommendations for improvements   Maintaining employee quotes and people stories on the website and job post templates   Promoting our visual communications through:  Designing graphics and editing videos using tools like Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro)  Creating new designs based on an existing design guide  Creating a backlog of branded content for promoting open positions internally & externally   Collaborating with the Office Coordinator & Marketing to maintain an overview of merchandise quantities and designs in use     In one year, you’ll know you were successful if…  Our employees feel well-informed about what is happening in LanguageWire  We have a great and cool presence in the market that helps us attract talents   We have a steady and informative communication flow from internal stakeholders and between our employees    Desired experience and competencies   What does it take to work for LanguageWire?     What you’ll need to bring  A flair for written and visual content   Experience in advising key stakeholders on their internal communication  High level of verbal and written English skills (C1) or native English speaker  You are a master of Office 365, particularly PowerPoint, Viva Engage, and SharePoint administration  An eye for visual details sparked by a natural creative mind  You have experience in copy or content writing  Well versed within content and communication platforms  Comfortable working in Adobe Illustrator and Premier Pro  A structured work approach and have the ability to work with peaks    This will make you stand out   You have a master’s degree in communication, Marketing, or background in Journalism and +2 years of experience  You know how to write SoMe content applying SEO principles  You have experience with change communication  You have worked with tools like Lightroom or After Effects   A natural talent for bridging employee needs, leader needs, and business goals with great, engaging and caring communication  Your colleagues say you   Have a true passion for communication and are a strong, proactive, actionable communicator  Can be firm on project deliverables with a can-do attitude   Are inquisitive and curious – can act as a sparring partner or advisor to senior leaders   Can take the baton but also knows when to hand it off to the team     Our perks  Enjoy flat hierarchies, responsibility and freedom, direct feedback, and room to stand up for your own ideas  Internal development opportunities, ongoing support from your People Partner, and an inclusive and fun company culture  International company with over 400 employees.
