We are looking for a supply chain administrative. Working in suplly chain department of Epiroc offers the opportunity to participate in an innovative and safe environment, provide world-class service to global customers, work on advanced projects, and collaborate with diverse teams worldwide. Main tasks and responsabilities Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, processing purchase orders for inventory replenishments and consignments as required, and coordinating periodic physical inventories. Order Tracking: Managing the receipt of goods and ensuring timely delivery of orders placed by the sales department to customers. Transportation Coordination: Organizing transportation logistics, including scheduling shipments, route management, and coordination with carriers and logistics service providers. Customs Documentation: Preparing and managing the necessary customs documentation for international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, both for exports and imports of goods. Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data related to operational efficiency, transportation costs, delivery times, and other relevant KPIs to identify areas for improvement. Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the logistics department, including report generation, email management, telephone answering, and other general administrative tasks. Skills Organization and Planning: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Effective Communication: Skill in communicating clearly and effectively with suppliers, carriers, colleagues, and customers, both in written and verbal forms. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes in work schedules, customer demands, and market conditions. Teamwork: Aptitude for collaborating with other departments and teams within the organization, seeking to achieve common goals. Experience and knowledge Work Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the logistics or supply chain area, is valued. Computer Skills: Familiarity with inventory management systems, order tracking software, and Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook). Languages: Proficiency in English, Portuguese proficiency is considered a plus.
