The position will play a key role to drive data analytics and insight initiatives within the Nordics cluster.The Data Analyst will work in the Finance Nordic Cluster team, led by the Finance Director Nordics. Will work closely with the finance teams in the Nordic countries, and other key roles in the organizations to further build and enhance the Finance function and share best practices.The company’s success depends on its people and invests in them every day. This role is all about understanding, analyzing, and reporting the KPIs that are driving our business. This is an exciting opportunity with potential for future progression in the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate data into actionable business insights by applying best in class analysis and strong business sense.Responsibilities on recurring monthly reporting using our finance BI environment, where you will do analysis of various data, prepare dashboards & presentation for management team.Analyzing and reporting the monthly performance of the Nordic Countries.Ad hoc support to the Nordic countries in monthly analyses and closings.Collaborating on all initiatives from the Finance Cluster Team.Together with the Financial team, lead the Revenue Assurance Project.LocationThe role is based in Madrid, Spain.Reports and organization structureThe role will be reporting to the head of FP&A NordicsCandidate profileQualifications, Experiences, and CompetenciesBachelor’s degree required, ideally Masters in relevant field (engineering, business, finance, .Fully proficient in English.Power BI developer skills is needed in the position (data modelling & dashboard building). Process large amount of data and data base. Extract data from different sources – prepare reports that contributes to the decision-making process.Strong analytical skills to drive insights through metrics presenting conclusions effectively.Advance in Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills, and ability to present findings both verbally and in writingReliability - ability to produce work of high quality promptly, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.Agility - able to manage uncertainty and adapt to change with pragmatism.
