We are looking for a highly experienced Brand or marketing senior manager / director to join our marketing team and lead Brand strategy for Spain and Portugal with direct report to the CMO.

Key responsibilities

Develop the long term Brand strategy and planning to unlock growth opportunities in Spain and Portugal within the framework of the global Brand, defining creative and partners ecosystem and owning planning and execution process. Lead team development agenda for the marketing community.

Lead:

- Develop the long term Brand strategy and planning, translating global Brand positioning to unlock growth opportunities in Spain and Portugal

- Close tracking of sales and traffic to understand how Brand and marketing plan can support short, mid and long term sales.

- Understand in depth market dynamics and competitors activities

- Build a close relationship with regional and international teams to find sinergies, roll out global programs effectively and define local initiatives to cover business needs.

- Define the optimal creative agencies ecosystem analyzing partners, scope of work and processes to maximize talent and creative work development at an optimal cost

- Analyze territories and passion points to define and execute a partnership strategy to reach different audiences and drive business.

- Planning and budget management: Own the planning and execution process guiding the teams to meet timings and targets.

- Team management: Lead the development agenda for the whole marketing community to help developing a high performing team that truly understands the Brand and the business fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Collaborate:

- Understand business metrics for continuous plan improvement and potential adjustments

- Stakeholder collaboration: collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, specially communication, innovation, CRM, trade marketing, operations, sales, CRM and CX, home delivery, partners and agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree ideally on business or marketing.
  • 10-15 years’ experience on marketing or creative agencies managing projects or Brands with sizeable turnovers and – or budgets.
  • Proven success on Brand building and development with direct impact on business results.
  • Track record of moving strategic agendas forward in complex organizations and environments.
