About the BRIDGE program

You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.

Who we’re looking for

  • A recent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics in Finance or similar.
  • Working fluency in English (B2 level and above).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and keen to learn and face new challenges while looking for continuous improvement.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities : Philip Morris Spain is seeking talented people to join our Brand Activation team based in Madrid:

  • Support the development, maintenance, consolidation and updates of the Brand Activation department Budgets consistent with budget calendar.
  • Provide critical analysis and insights on key business KPIs.
  • Run simulations of different business scenarios to provide meaningful insights for cost control.
  • Engage with functional providers to ensure budget adherence and provide for insights for any deviations.
  • Prepare budgets and analyze variances to actual results by keeping track of latest business developments.
  • Ensure full conformity of financial statements with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support implementation of business decisions.
