Some of our metrics+200% growth YoYRevenue in 2020: 300k €Revenue in 2023: 7,2M €Revenue retention: +120% revenue retention +85 FTEs70 NPSWhat we are looking forWe’re looking for a Chief of Staff who is able to help align the objectives of the company, improve internal communications, and implement and manage the vision of the company.The roleAlignment and developing the right framework for objectives Analysis and reporting of the current goals systems to understand the reality of the companyEstablish a strategic framework for company goals, working closely with senior management to define clear and achievable objectives, so every team member can understand the objectives of the companyCollaborate with founders, leaders, and managers of the company to ensure alignment of their initiatives and the correct goal setting to ensure the right strategic direction of the organizationDevelop, implement, and track an evaluation system to measure progress toward goals, identify areas for improvement, and ensure necessary adjustments are madeDevelop a time-frame system to establish objectives in advance with senior leaders of the companyImprove internal communication within the organization Evolve the current internal forums related to visibility and decision-making (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually), acting as an active moderator in the internal meetings to help make decisions betterEstablish and maintain effective communication channels between departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, working with HR to develop the right communication channels within the companyOrganize regular meetings and forums to foster proactive collaboration, share information, and address any challenges or opportunitiesAct as a mediator to resolve conflicts and promote a culture of cooperation and teamwork across departmentsImprove the current reporting system among stakeholders of the company to be aligned with the latest improvements, problems, and opportunities Provide strategic support within short, medium, and long term  Provide strategic support to the CEO and the rest of the C-levels and senior leaders of the company to execute the plan in the short, medium, and long term Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, offering insight and analysis to inform decision-making processes related to the vision (new key hires, opening international markets…)Identify and evaluate potential expansion opportunities contributing to the growth of the company (international markets, potential acquisitions, organization of the company…), including project scopes, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategiesOrganize company calendars, schedules, and priorities to optimize productivity and ensure timely execution of strategic initiativesDrive the development and implementation of the company's strategic plan, aligning goals and objectives with long-term vision, contributing pro-actively to the development of the business planProvide support to founders and HR to develop the right culture (internal communications, values, benefits, day-to-day operations, employee governance...Must have Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDetailed-oriented and data-driven with excellent organisational skillsExperience in organising and direct multiple teams and departments in an executive roleExperience in planning and leading strategic initiativesExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments in a productive mannerOriented to solve problemsConsulting experience with a focus on operations managementHighly reliable within the companyVery fluent in English and SpanishNice to have Experience in high-growth startupsExperience working with product teamsExperience in the language learning industry/edtechsExperience working in marketplacesPerks Hybrid position to work from Madrid or 100% remote in EuropeExcellent work environment, based on commitment and teamworkUnlimited English training with our Twenix methodology :)Flexible compensation with Cobee (food, transportation, and training)Well- being planBirthday day off!
