Description : About Gartner Digital Markets : What we’re looking for : As part of the central analytics organization, you will have the opportunity to help support the Site Analytics group at Gartner Digital Markets (GDM). Specifically, you will make sure Google Analytics 4 is efficiently implemented on the websites. You’ll need to understand the brands business model and how the sites function to develop the right tracking recommendations. You’ll design, document and QA the tags which will be deployed by the technology team. In addition, you will be responsible of the tagging health by monitoring data losses or fluctuations with relevant reports and alerting systems.

Why you’ll want to come to work :

  • Document and maintain the current implementation of Google Analytics 4 on the websites.
  • Work alongside product managers to design new tracking specifications for any site development.
  • Work alongside the technology team to make sure the tags are properly deployed.
  • Document the tagging plan.
  • Monitor tags health through relevant reports and alerting systems.
  • Develop and manage recurring reports and dashboards for internal customers.

What you’ll bring to the team :

  • BA/BS with a preferred degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics or another quantitative field.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of SQL or similar database scripting language and relational databases.
  • Experience creating tagging plans in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience working with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization systems a plus (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
