Responsibilities; Organization; You will be responsible for creating, monitoring and improving practical methods/system’s that ensure productivity, both in my professional and personal life.

Communication; Communication with colleagues, clients, partners, and vendors on behalf of the executive.

Accountability Partner: You will track all of my projects and tasks and keep me accountable, every single day. You are also responsible for tracking long term progress and keep me on track.

Networking; You are responsible for creating a networking strategy and implement tactics for both maintaining and creating new and valuable connections, personal and professional.

Travel Arrangements; You are responsible for creating a 12 month travel and event calendar, book flights, accommodation, Rental cars and everything travel related.

Meeting Coordination: Setting up and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups.

Document Preparation: Drafting and formatting documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.

Finances & Expense Tracking: Managing expense reports, tracking receipts, and reconciling accounts. Assisting with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Task Prioritisation: Assessing and prioritizing tasks to ensure critical matters are addressed promptly.

Information Research: Gathering data, conducting market research, and summarizing findings for decision-making.

Event Planning: Organizing company events, conferences, workshops, and team-building activities.

Content Creation: Assisting with writing, editing, and proofreading content for blogs, social media, and marketing materials.

Phone and Call Management: Handling calls, screening inquiries, and making phone calls on behalf of the executive - This includes setting appointments.

Social Media Management: Curating and scheduling social media posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement.

Database Management: Maintaining contacts, databases, and files for efficient data organization.

Vendor Relations: Managing relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing deliveries.

Project Coordination: Assisting in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Research Assistance: Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.

AI Tools Implementation: Utilize specific AI tools for tasks such as data analysis, predictive modeling, and automation.

Presentation Preparation: Creating visually appealing and informative presentations for various purposes.

Problem Solving: Handling unexpected challenges and finding creative solutions to various issues that arise.

Purchasing: Handling the procurement of goods and services, including obtaining quotes, making purchases, and managing orders.

Networking: Building and maintaining a strong professional network for the executive, fostering valuable connections and opportunities.

Systems: Developing and implementing efficient systems and processes to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.

Education and Development: Managing enrollment in courses, workshops, and self-improvement programs.
