This time, our client, a distinguished multinational leader in "digital media," is seeking a dynamic, methodical, and collaborative Head of People to spearhead and implement strategies for sustainable and profitable growth, thereby elevating the company's market positioning through strategic talent management and organizational development.

Your Role and Mission

As the Head of People, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing a portfolio of corporate relationships, supporting their growth, and aligning workplace environments with the strategic goals of the company. You will leverage the latest solutions and trends to unlock their full potential. This position requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product development teams to pinpoint business opportunities, forge strategic alliances, and bolster our market presence.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies that support the business objectives and cultural values of the organization.
  • Drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Assess market trends to ensure the company's HR policies and strategies remain competitive and innovative.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support and implement HR initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and continuous learning within the organization.
  • Engage in strategic planning with senior leadership to align HR objectives with overall business goals.
  • Be able to create procedures, culture, and mission, in a company with a headcount between 50-100 people, growing and transforming.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development, recruitment, and development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and work collaboratively across functions and departments.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
