Job Description Our client, a global leading telecommunication company, is recruiting for a FTTH Level 1 Support to join their business inEurope.Responsibilities: Support Helpdesk, FLM, External plant technicians or Client technicians during Incident Resolution when FO is not able to manage.Received and Process non Massive or Massive Network Incidents.Immediate 1st Level Resolution of IncidentsTT Follow UP to FLM, External and Internal Plant, 3rd Operators, Service ProvidersEscalation to BO TEC for complex incidentsCustomer provision of the NetworkFollow up and control of the Provisioning Process, especially the ones related to semi-automatic processes that are complex enough to be followed by Helpdesk Network Team.Resolve the incidents of the Provisioning Process.Escalation to BO TEC, GMZ include, for complex incidents of the Provisioning Process.Configure the Network to manual process with procedural documents already transferred to BO TAC Client installation technicians.Network provisionConfigure or Un-configure the equipment of Network with procedural documents already transfer to BO TACTests with technicians to accept the equipment.Configure of the Network with procedural documents already transfer to BO TACEscalation to BO TEC, GMZ include, for complex incidents of the Network provisionChange ManagementSchedule and Manage Maintenance Work on the NetworkRecord Configuration Changes of the change of the Maintenance NetworkExecution of routine tasks proceeded by BO-TEC: BackUPs, preventive or Routine MaintenanceAdministration of the Failure Status Queries
