Working with Verisure is being part of an industry leading, world-class company that thrives on a strong entrepreneurial spirit.Key responsibilitiesThis role provides an outstanding platform for a highly talented individual to work on a range of critical HR topics and international projects, working in close collaboration with the International HRBP Team of the company.The main tasks and projects would include:HR Core Processes: give support to the team making follow up (reports of process status, deadlines, communications…).Data: be responsible to create and update reports (HC, new joiners, internal mobility, leavers, exit interviews…).HR systems (Workday): data quality checks, follow up on completion of assigned tasks, maintaining the org structures…Give support to our Tech employees (ad-hoc requests/issues, doubts about processes…).Communication: drafting communication of organizational changes/HR topics, updating distribution lists…Other activities as requiredCandidate profileExperiences and QualificationsWe are looking for a high potential / top performer individual who will have the opportunity to learn from a growing organization and have a realimpact on the business.Graduate or relevant technical qualifications with a proven successful track recordPrevious experience working in an HR department is a plus, good understanding of HR mattersExperience in an international company, ideally with a start-up-like environmentThe ability to work accurately, with attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in Administrative skillsAdvanced IT skills, e.g. for managing share points, intranets, etc.Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is a plusOpen minded, flexible, and dynamic attitude towards workHigh degree of confidentiality, diplomacy, trust, maturityLanguages requiredEnglish : fluentSpanish: advancedCompetenciesExhibit excellent communication skills and be able to navigate between different stakeholders.Demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skillsTeamwork and collaboration.Detail-oriented.Ability to demonstrate commitment and ownership.Reliability - ability to produce work of very high quality on a timely manner, ability to priorities and handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.Agility - able to manage uncertainty and adapt to change with pragmatism.
