AnyTech365 is recruiting for its offices in Marbella &Torremolinos a Sales Training Manager for our Sales Academy.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Identify and assess the sales training needs of the organization
  • Develop individualized and group sales training programs that address specific business needs
  • Develop sales training manuals that target tangible results
  • Implement effective and purposeful sales training methods
  • Act as mentor or coach to ensure motivation to sales agents
  • Evaluate sales performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
  • Assess employees’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement
  • Ensure the facilitation of strategic training based on the organizations’ goals
  • Drive company values and philosophy through all sales training and development activities
  • Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver sales training
  • Keep abreast of sales training trends , developments, and best practices

Requirements :

  • Ideally Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field with Sales orientation
  • Agile certification will be a plus
  • C1 level of English and Spanish. Knowledge of other languages will be valuable
  • Minimum of 5 proven years of experience in the position or similar. Sales oriention is a must
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills
