Restaurant FLORENTINE MARBELLA - Stockholm based restaurant group Urban Italian Group is looking to hire experienced pizza chef for our first ever international restaurant, Florentine, soon to open in Marbella, Puente Romano. Established in 2016, Urban Italian Group is Swedish leading Italian restaurant group, running homegrown fine casual lifestyle concepts throughout 8 trattorias in a family of more than 350 coworkers. In June 2024 we will be opening a 400 seats, 800 square meter, glamorous Trattoria in the heart of Puente Romano’s most prestigious development - A Forum. The restaurant will offer 2 floors, a patio, spectacular terrace with 360 bar, live entertainments and an open kitchen. Instagram & Concept presentation: Florentine Stockholm (@florentine_stockholm) • Instagram photos and videos https://issuu.com/bbozlak/docs/florentine_concept Pizza chef Description Carry out instructions received by the Head Pizzaiolo Assists Head Pizzaiolo in inspecting all pizza are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards Understand about organic flour and dough, slow fermentation and maturing Meets customer requirements in terms of special requests and dietary needs Follow the recipes to ensure the standards Check all the kitchen equipment and tools before utilizing and maintaining a cooking station neat and clean.
