The Head of Advocacy Manager will develop and implement the communications strategy.

MISSION : Define, coordinate and track advocacy strategy across group brands in Spain and Portugal to guarantee our leadership.

ACCOUNTABILITIES : Coordinate and enhance advocacy BAU activities: influence management and reviews.

  • Build strategic vision, multidivisional frame and solid WOW: process standard definition and implementation guidance.
  • Ensure proper tracking of L’Oreal brands to increase qualitative exposure.
  • Pilot group tools for this data tracking (NetBase, Domo, Traackr, Bazaar Voice and Sprinkr)
  • Guarantee internal and external compliance (finance, corporate reputation, legal, audits, pitch)
  • Tribe mindset shaker and upskilling.

Lead strategic multidiv pilots and boost innovation:

  • Understand multidiv business challenges and identify actionable solutions, proposing creative ideas on your scope. Lead externally our partner agency and internally the advocacy tribe.
  • Create golden rules for incipient trends and pilot initiates as SoCo
  • Explore new trends, and work closely with divisions, zone and global teams to test locally emerging advocacy movements.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • At least 7 years of experience in Communication/ Social & Advocacy.
  • Desired soft skills such as leadership, influence management.
  • Content strategist, with high standards in impactful oral and written communication, both in Spanish and English. Portuguese would be a valued asset.
  • Innovative profile to lead the advocacy tribe and our master agency.
  • Data driven decision maker, user of the essential tools, such us Tracker, Domo, or Nethodlogy, among others.
