You have excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. As the company language is English, this requires fluency in English both oral and written. Experience with research of new markets and negotiation with future vendors is highly preferable. You preferably have a background in Procurement, Finance, Supply chain or similar, 5+ years of experience with supply chain and sourcing experience, knowledge within Bearings area will be an advantage. It is expected that you have approx. 10 years of experience from a Global company. MS Office 365 (Excel/ PowerPoint) advanced level is expected, knowledge of ERP systems preferable SAP and Power BI is an advantage. In the area of responsibility. - Deploys Procurement strategy according to superior strategy. - Ensures implementation of Procurement standards, regulations and guidelines. - Contributes to overarching SCM/ Procurement programs and initiatives. - Takes care for effective risk management measures. - Ensures efficiency of Procurement operations. - Responsible for PVO, CoO/FTE and related other KPIs. - Heads team assigned and leads all related staff.
