The Europe based Technical Program Manager role will be responsible for leading the Engineering Integration teams within Technology Engineering Services. The EI team supports Engineering Advanced Technologies and development of Robotics, Packaging Automation, Autonomous Vehicles, and new Mechanization systems. This position requires the ability to innovate, analyze, plan, organize, implement, and manage process improvement projects to maximize safe, economical, and effective use of materials, energy, and people. Performance Objectives will consist of: responsible for managing the lifecycle of a complex cross-functional program with considerable impact. Your program may focus on a single product in a critical technology area or you may work more broadly, managing larger initiatives that span organizations or geographies in support of a larger business objective. assigned to manage the roadmap for an organization and ownership of one or more organizational goals. accountable for the overall strategy as well as driving teams inside and outside your organization to deliver. define the program, set objectives, analyze data, drive improvements that are quantified with metrics, and influence resource allocation. drive mindful discussions with senior leadership that lead to crisp decisions. create plans that have clear, measurable success criteria. About the team Worldwide Technology Engineering Services (WW-TES) is the technical execution AM of WW TD (Worldwide Technology Deployment) within the RTDS (Robotics Technology, Deployment and Strategy). WW-TES is responsible for software and hardware systems integration, continuous improvement, MHE simulation, sensorization and analytics designed to integrate products as operationally effective production systems worldwide. WW-TES develops internally consumed deployment tools to enable the large-scale deployment solutions that improve quality, speed of delivery, and lower fulfillment costs for our partners. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in business operations, strategy,, engineering, or other technical from an accredited university Expert knowledge of Analytical Problem solving tools including Statistical Hypothesis testing, Optimization heuristics, DMAIC, Six Sigma, Simulation, Queueing Analysis Data management, process measurement, KPI identification and cost benefit analysis Demonstrated experience and proficiency in written and verbal communication Experience developing and deploying large capital projects at global scale Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project), AutoCAD, and statistical analysis tools (JMP or Minitab, SAS, SPSS, R, etc.) Experience with change management and influencing, negotiating and communicating across multiple organization levels. Travel may be required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Self-starter and independent thinker. Working knowledge and proven track record of success with analytical problem solving methodologies and programs.
