What you’ll do :

  • Position title: SAP iXp: Talent Journey Coordinator Internship, Barcelona, Spain
  • Expected start date 15th of May or 1st June 2024 (6 Month Placement)

You will be eager to help us developing and rolling out a program to find, engage, hire, develop our next-generation talent for the Digital Hub in Barcelona.

Some of your specific activities can include:

  • Crafting fresh and relevant job descriptions to attract top talent
  • Proactively engage with future talent via recruiting platforms
  • Preparation of promotional material that is attractive to younger people
  • Enhancing social media exposure for our teams and job vacancies
  • Support our recruiting and hiring processes
  • Internal intern community page management
  • Support in creation of a new online Talent Resource Centre

Who you are : Some characteristics that Lara and Marcel brought that we know will help you succeed are, being adaptable and open-minded, as well as being able to work well in a diverse team but also independently. Additionally, we are looking for a curious person who takes initiative and is highly energetic. You should also be eager to further develop your skills around social media, Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness. Not least you should be well organized with attention to detail to be able to deliver high-quality work. The Perks :

Qualifications and language requirements :

  • In the last stages of your education or recently graduated (we will need to have a tri-party agreement with a university - no exceptions)
  • Study field: commercial focus ideally in, Human Resources, Psychology, Human Capital Management, Business Administration
  • Ready to commit to a full-time placement (39.5 hours per week) for 6 months
  • High level of Business English is essential

Hiring Process :

  • If you’re successful in proceeding to the next stage, you may be asked to create a video of yourself
  • If your video meets our expectations, you will be invited to two online interviews, first with the current trainee, Brenda, and finally with the Hiring Manager
