Could you be the full-time Project Supply Chain Leader in Barcelona we’re looking for?

Your future role

You'll be responsible coordinate all Supply Chain activities related to planning changes, suppliers changes or technical modifications that have siginificant impact on suppliers capacity, logistics flows or data management . Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement), coordinate all Supply Chain activities related to planning changes, suppliers changes or technical modifications that have siginificant impact on suppliers capacity, logistics flows or data management and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of being in charge of coordinating Supply Chain activities for your project, from Design to Execution phase, and representing the Supply Chain function within the Project Core Team, but also driving key activities with the project team to ensure all conditions related to suppliers deliveries, logistics flows and conditions, stock policy, data and system management are met while meeting logistics QCD objectives defined during tender phase.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Master scheduling:

  • Understand Project / Product / Customer Requirements.

  • Understand Internal Constraints & Activities Chaining.

  • Manage Stock Policy and Size Inventory Levels.

  • Calculate and Update Forecasts.

  • Manage Material Availability (missing parts).

  • Manage Material Scheduling activities at project /product initialization and Change/product closure.

  • Procurement:

  • Manage Specific Conditions for Vendors.

  • Logistics:

  • Design Supply Chain processes vs Industrial requirements.

  • Define subcontractors requirements.

  • Define Vendors' requirements regarding logistics.

  • Define warehouse layouts, its internal flows and storage policy.

  • Define line feeding layout and kitting associated.

  • Define Rolling Stock & Construction Handling.

  • Business or Engineering school graduation with Extended Supply Chain orientation
  • Supply Chain & Project experience.
  • ERP knowledge (articles configuration, orders management...).
  • Fluent English: able to use english on a daily basis for spaking, reading and writing.
