The Clinical Trainer CGM (CTC) will provide training and certification on sensor insertion and removal procedures as required. You will contact assigned customer accounts or prospects to organize all aspects of clinical training, certification and support required for ADC CGM products. You will work together with the commercial organization as a CGM technology expert through developing the key initiatives defined in the Regional and Key Account Plans to help achieve the commercial objectives from a Scientific/ Medical support (ex: interactions with the defined key stakeholders (internal and external), congresses, presentations, etc).Location: RemoteResponsibilites:Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and clinical centers.Provide comprehensive training on sensor insertion and removal procedures to healthcare professionals, ensuring their full certification before patient interactions.Work collaboratively with sales representatives to support sensor insertion and removal cases, offering training, certification, and follow-up with local healthcare providers.Collaborate with other clinical trainers in the country, covering different territories as needed and supporting the sales team for updated messaging.Manage logistics such as planning certifications, preparing clinics, and overseeing supplies for HCP training, certification, and patient training.Qualifications and Competencies:Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse, Veterinarian or equivalent Fluent in local language and English, both verbal and written communicationAbility to travel in a large geographical areaNice to have:Minimum of 2 years professional experience in relevant field preferredMinimum of 1-year experience in surgical setting preferredMinimum of 1-year experience training or teaching healthcare professionals preferredThe ideal candidate has previous experience performing simple in-house procedures, experience educating HCPs and patients, medical device industry experience and is well versed on diabetes management.
