As part of this journey, the role of Head Global Indirect Procurement plays an essential role by enabling teams across countries/clusters in providing the most innovative solutions for our patients through effective procurement strategies. Job Facts & Responsibilities Reporting to the Global Head of Diabetes Care Procurement, this position works within a strong network in the RDC Global Organization. Main Responsibilities include: Experience, Skills, Knowledge. Proven experience leading and transforming procurement to become an agile organization, co-creating with key business stakeholders. Track record working within a regulated industry for regulated global categories with familiarity of relevant legal risks and issues. Ability to directly or indirectly lead leaders and teams in multicultural and matrix environments. Excellent influencing and collaboration skills, getting things done, with and through others. Proven advanced capability in negotiation and conflict resolution. Executive presence and developed leadership skills, demonstrating a clear commitment to people development and effective mentoring; promoting a culture of trust and support.
