Norwegian or Swedish Real Estate Telesales Agent

Tasks

In this role as Telesales Marketer for Flemish

• speaking clients, your goal is to contact clients and sell the company’s products and services. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for finding the right property for the client and closing the deal.
• Receive qualified leads from the marketing department
• Organise resort viewings for the client
• Occasionally travel to France to close deals face-to-face
• Ensure that all legal documents are correct
• Hand over clients to other internal departments

Requirements :

• Language skills: bilingual level in Norwegian or Swedish and an advanced level (C1+) in English
• Be a freelance, at least the first three months.
• 3-4 years of experience working in Telesales Marketing
• 3-4 years of experience working in Real Estate
• You have a valid driving licence.
• You have availability to travel.
• You have worked with a CRM system before.
• You are a dynamic communicator
• Experience in TeleSales/Lead Qualification and comfortable on the phone, willing to make a high volume of calls. You will only call to qualified leads.

In this position you can start as a freelancer and can grow into a contract role or be hired directly with contract. While you are working as a freelancer you will receive compensation on all of your sales.

Working hours : Working hours will be from 9.00h to 17.00h in the office.
