Customer Service con Noruego - Barcelona

We're looking for a Customer service to support user for our client on the norwvegian market !

Tasks and responsibilities :

• You will answer questions and queries from our customers,
• You will also receive extensive training in a friendly and competent team,
• As a dynamic and growing company, we guarantee you a forward-looking workplace.

Your profile :

• Native Norwegian speaker (very good spelling and grammar skills),
• Advanced knowledge of English,
• Good communication skills (written and oral),
• Comfort with IT tools,
• Very good organisational skills, flexibility and commitment,
• Role model in terms of ethics and compliance.

• Full time contract 39h CDD 3 months + CDI thereafter,

• Start date of training and contract : ASAP,

Full-time contract of 39 hours per week,

• Monday to Saturday, with one day off during the week when you are scheduled to come in on Saturday.

Salary :

• Fixed part : €1,571.39 gross per month,

• Variable part:

• Presence bonus of €70

• Rotation bonus of € 70

• Productivity bonus of € 100

• Total: € 1.811,39 gross per month
