Description This role sits within the marketing team of Galderma Global Aesthetics unit. This is a leadership position that entails a broad range of responsibilities reporting to the Global Head of Fillers and working closely with markets, agencies, internal and external functions, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Develop the global long-term brand strategy, lead development of innovation projects, brand and marketing activation for HCP and consumers that feeds into the Global Galderma aesthetics value proposition. Driving brand consistency globally and especially with key markets US, China, Brazil, Thailand, and EU. Lead innovation projects together with cross-functional project teams, developing sound business cases in collaboration with key.Lead the develop of global integrated campaigns together with our agency partners incl. across all relevant touchpoints, both digital and offline. Own brand financial and in-market performance and drive corrective actions where needed to outperform targets. Collaborate very closely with key markets to develop global solutions that will be implemented at local level. Support congress activities from marketing perspective (booth, messaging, symposia).Coordinate the marketing advisory board meetings together with Medical Affairs and support global KOL development.Skills & Qualifications Business and/or scientific education with strong focus on marketing and innovation.Strong sense of commercial acumen and executing tactics, especially in digital ecosystems, with success at a local level.Effective experience in marketing and commercial functions, ideally in aesthetics, skincare or beauty brands with proven track-record in both global and local roles and PnL ownership.Strong strategic thinking, ability to influence and drive alignment and engage stakeholders across functions and locations.Successful track record in driving connectivity with consumers in digital touchpoints, ideally experience also in B2B and B2B2C.Ability to work as a team member, with the capacity of work with different cultures, profiles, across global, regional and local levels.What we offer in returnYou will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believe we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base. You will receive a competitive compensation package with bonus structure and extended benefit package. You will be able to work in a hybrid work culture.You will participate in feedback Loops, during which a personalized career path will be established. You will be joining a growing company that believes in ownership from day one where everyone is empowered to grow and to take on accountability
