Technical Project Lead

Hola! We’re looking for a Technical Project Lead to lead one of our product teams based in Barcelona.

What we need is someone who knows how to handle big things. You gotta be hardon the technical know-how, but soft when dealing with people, because besides being good at tech, you have to be able to lead too. In other words, you know how to get things done - technically and managerially!

Requirements :

• You have at least 3 years of first-hand experience working as a developer and expert in PHP, Symfony and REST
• You should have at least 2 years experience managing a team of developers and be able to demonstrate knowledge of agile software development methodologies
• Experience with reporting - you will be responsible for reporting for the entire team
• Experience and knowledge of Lean methodologies is essential, Kanban and SCRUM are highly desirable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong organisational and reporting skills
• Based in Barcelona, or willing to relocate (it's Spain, need we say more? )
