Tasks In your new role, you will primarily support our customers in Berlin and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructures and media technology applications. Whether hardware or software: with your expertise, you will provide our customers with competent IT support and help them find optimal solutions to technical challenges. A modern issue tracking system is available to you for this purpose, which you can use to efficiently receive and track inquiries and error messages. As part of this, you will also coordinate patch management for various workstation environments (MacOS, iOS, Android, Windows) and a mobile device management strategy to keep the systems up to date at all times. As part of your role, you will act as a communicative link and ensure smooth cooperation between our headquarters in Mainz, external support partners and our customers.
