About the profile Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for a Middle Microsoft Administrator to join our team of professionals. As a Microsoft Administrator you will be responsible of IT Infrastructure support (L2-L3) working together with a team of IT Professionals. Tasks Design\Deploy\Support the IT Infrastructure solutions based on the Microsoft Technology Stack Troubleshooting complex issues \ L2-L3 support Requirements Must have Good communication and interpersonal skills, process-oriented approach, ability to create documentation and knowledge base articles 3+ years of experience in delivering solutions based on one of the major Microsoft Infrastructure technologies: Azure Cloud \ Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace (SCCM and\or Intune) Windows Server Platform Any of the following would be beneficial: Practical understanding of the backup and disaster recovery solutions Hands-on experience of installing, configuring, and managing the infrastructure monitoring solutions Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation. Understanding of the ITIL \ ITSM methodology (Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, Change Management, CMDB, etc.) Nice to have Synology Backup Active Directory SharePoint/OneDrive Zoom Powershell Languages B1 Seniority / YoE Junior Min 3 YoE – Desired 5 YoE.
