German speaking Customer Support Representative to Barcelona

Description We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Agents to work in sunny Barcelona! Our clients belong to the top 500 business companies in the sectors IT, telecommunications, ecommerce, automotive, and financial services.We are a multicultural company collaborating with employees from over 29 different nationalities.We offer a great work environment, modern offices, a dynamic and young approach, with true career opportunities. ResponsibilitiesTake incoming user requests B2C (via telephone/email, log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer)Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledgeSupport technical enquires and manage incidents of the client’s product, car electrical chargers.Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management systemProactively update customers with status and resolution progressMonitor / progress all open queries in queueEscalate potential service issues to appropriate levelEnsure contractual SLA is maintainedRespond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned managerAchieve an excellent customer satisfaction level Requirements Your ProfileHave a proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced level of EnglishPossess excellent customer care skills, knowledge and awarenessHave adequate professional experienceAre able to implement and manage changes in processesAre responsible and possess independent work habitHave good communication and team skills, flexibility and stress resistanceFollow the security rules of the company.
