We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst who will play a pivotal role in the product team, working on data analytics efforts to inform and guide product decisions. . This role demands a hands-on approach to data analysis using SQL and Python and an exceptional ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly language. With a strong emphasis on digital B2C experience, the Data Analyst will significantly contribute to the product strategy, directly impacting the business's and its products' success. What will you be doing? Actively engage in data analytics, ensuring high-quality data insights for product decision-making. Translate complex data analysis into concise, clear business language for effective communication with the product team. Hire, train, and manage a data analyst team, focusing on strong product understanding and technical skills. Develop and oversee quality assurance processes within the data team to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data outputs. Collaborate closely with the product and tech teams to align data analysis with product requirements and technical needs. Requirements What will you bring along? Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in data visualization tools. At least 10 years in hands-on data analysis in a digital B2C environment. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively summarize data findings for the product team.
