We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect, Center for Enablement to be part of our Business Architecture organisation

The role The Senior Solution Architect balances technological opportunities with business requirements and is responsible for the overall architectural direction of the organization covering apps, integrations, data, tech, workforce tech and infra domains.

What you’ll do Contribution to IT Strategy :

• Builds architecture strategy from cross functional inputs of business, technology and industry trends.
• Manages and oversees architecture design practices ensuring a modular and composable approach
• Defines and ensures adherence to the guidelines, standards and solution patterns to secure product-based decisions are aligned with the future-state architecture vision
• Influences strategic IT vendors in order to ensure their delivery practices align with Nestlé architecture requirements (current and future)

Stakeholder Engagement

• Develops relationships and evangelizes across Digital transformation teams, Product group leaders and other architects to understand current and emerging business needs
• Prepares and delivers comprehensive communications to convey architectural principles and how they align with enterprise strategies
• Champions the value of agility through the use of a modular designs that decouple capabilities, leverage data assets to optimize efficiency and incorporate API led design to scale a plug and consume approach.

Integration and Community enablement :

• Establishes architectural patterns, reference architecture and composable design principles throughout the lifecycle
• Empowers federated decision making and self governance of pattern adoption while assuring compliance
• Accountable to coordinate forums to establish point of view on composable tech and drive opportunities into PoV/PoC
• Thought leader that coaches other solution architects and actively participates in his/her community of practice or forums

Operational effectiveness and efficiency :

• Guides delivery of cross functional architectural design leveraging defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience in order to translate business needs into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end solution
• Ensures delivery of architecture patterns for hybrid ecosystems that effectively leverage enterprise data foundation assets and incorporate API led designs.
• Leverages tools to define and document guidelines, standards and solution architecture that ensures product-based decisions are aligned with the future-state architecture vision
• Designs and directs the governance activities associated with ensuring product architecture assurance and compliance

Minimum qualifications :

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
• Required Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and Mulesoft
• Preferred experience working with additional cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS or SAP Cloud platform.
• Experience communicating effectively at different levels in the organization in English and navigating complex technology (e.g. AI/ML)
• Proven experience of using AI/ML models and Automation in large scale projects
• Strong Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt
• Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations
• Experiences working in a global environment and with virtual teams
