Designer - fresh graduate

YouWe seek an Experience Designer to join the Oracle NetSuite product team, who is excited to collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams worldwide. You should have some experience with UX design and research, and a bonus if you’ve studied design thinking.You will work closely with mentors with many years of experience in Design and a cross-functional team to help deliver against a roadmap, execute research at all stages of the end-to-end design process and keep customer insights alive during product development design. You will be part of the Financials team that is at the heart of the Oracle NetSuite product. What You’ll DoCollaborate with experienced User Experience Researchers, Designers, Product Management, and other cross-functional stakeholders to help either support research initiatives or design experiences. Be provided opportunities to help execute and deliver user research or design at various stages of the development lifecycle, including formative and generative research, creation of wireframes and prototypes, validation research and measurement of final product experiences. Produce design deliverables that communicate design solutions and facilitate discussion. Look at usage metrics and customer feedback to highlight patterns and areas of focus that may need attention. These are hands-on roles and include helping with participant recruitment, data collection, data synthesis and analysis, and delivery of design recommendations. Required Skills/ExperienceWe are looking for someone who has the following: Graduated in the last 12 months. Authorised to work in Barcelona ES. Preferred qualifications include having project experience, work experience, or academic coursework and knowledge of design tools/software language experience in two or more of the following areas: Information architecture, wireframing, storyboarding, visualisation, prototyping, sketching, surveying, user research, personas, and user testing. Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver, After Effects, ; Figma; Sketch; InVision; Principle; Axure; Balsamiq; or equivalent. Basic SQL database management/searches. Knowledge of both concept-creation and evaluative research and associated methodologies Additionally, we are looking for: Flexibility to work virtually with geographically distributed teams. Tenacity to tackle projects in a dynamic setting while staying organised. Passion, curiosity, and a desire to ultimately find the best solution through data-driven research. Open to feedback and have an eye for continuous iteration and improvement. Analytical and strategic mindset.
