Compensation Analyst - Spain (Remote)

This role will deliver one of the most sensitive, valuable, and analytical HR services, globally across 27+ countries. This role is remote.

Qualifications : The key accountabilities and priorities of the role are as follows:

  • Support Managers with compensation decision making and approvals in a fast paced, competitive market
  • Deliver and improve our annual compensation processes, utilizing our Compensation tools (Workday and Adaptive Insights)
  • Manage reports and metrics to inform our compensation strategy, manage our compensation reporting, policies and auditing.
  • Participate in compensation & benefit surveys
  • Support compensation and related programs including job architecture, levelling, retention analysis and benchmarking.

To be successful in this role, the required skills and experience needed are:

  • Bachelor Degree or Master’s Degree with at least 3 years in compensation.
  • Strong experience in Excel, building models and data mining from HR platforms (preferably Workday)
  • Excellent problem solving skills, and excited by new challenges and handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
