REQUIREMENTS : Native German and near-native English Possess outstanding customer service abilities Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT, particularly in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music, and Audiovisual products Be proficient in both Windows and Mac environments 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with a preference for technical support Exhibit a deep understanding of excellent customer care practices Display responsibility and independence Possess effective communication and teamwork skills, along with flexibility and the ability to handle stress.
