The team comprises various entities, each playing a crucial role in this endeavor. These entities include "Data Governance", "Advanced Analytics," "Data Modeling & engineering" and "Program & Operations." Within this structure, the “Data and Analytics Finance End-to-End Functional Architect” assumes a pivotal role within the "Programs and Operations" entity.As a “Data & Analytics E2E Finance Functional Lead”, you will play a pivotal role in assessing the current finance landscape, evaluating changes resulting from the carve-in of the Consumer Health Care business, and defining the future architecture. Your expertise in SAP, SAP BW, TM1, Snowflake, and Power BI will be instrumental in delivering effective stand-alone CHC solutions. You will define scope, estimate project work, assemble and lead teams, manage execution, and ensure seamless coordination with other projects.Job SummaryYou as a Data & Analytics E2E Finance Functional Architect. The role of the Data & Analytics Finance Functional Architect encompasses a multifaceted set of responsibilities crucial to the transformation of finance systems within the organization as part of the carve-in of the CHC division. Primarily, the individual will be tasked with meticulously assessing the current finance landscape, conducting a thorough examination of existing systems, processes, and infrastructure, while also evaluating the implications of the carve-in of the CHC business. Drawing upon their extensive expertise in SAP, SAP BW, TM1, Snowflake, and Power BI, they will spearhead the definition of the TO BE architecture, designing a future state that is both scalable and efficient. This involves not only envisioning the architecture but also crafting a comprehensive roadmap for its implementation, carefully considering factors such as scalability and flexibility. Integral to the role is the estimation and planning of project efforts, where the individual will be required to accurately gauge the scope, complexity, and resources necessary for successful execution. Moreover, they will be responsible for assembling and leading cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure cohesion and excellence in delivery. As execution manager, they will oversee the entire project lifecycle, meticulously monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Given the interconnected nature of projects within the organization, the individual will also play a pivotal role in managing dependencies and mitigating potential impacts on other initiatives, necessitating effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders. With a strong foundation in SAP Finance reporting, including S/4 HANA and ECC, coupled with advanced technical skills in SAP BW, SQL proficiency, and expertise in financial consolidation and data visualization, the Data & Analytics Finance Functional Architect is uniquely positioned to drive transformative change, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and strategic insights to propel the finance function forward into a new era of efficiency and effectiveness. Main ResponsibilitiesAssess the current finance landscape, including systems, processes, and infrastructure.Evaluate changes resulting from the carve-in of the CHC business and their impact on financial systems.Evaluate regression impact assessment to Digital finance products.Define the future architecture (TO BE) leveraging expertise in SAP, SAP BW, TM1, Snowflake, and Power BI.Develop a comprehensive roadmap for implementing the new architecture, considering scalability and efficiency.Estimate project efforts accurately, considering scope, complexity, and resource requirements.Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship for project delivery.Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.Manage dependencies and coordinate with other projects to minimize disruptions.Utilize strong SAP Finance reporting skills, including S/4 HANA and ECC, for effective data analysis.Apply advanced technical skills in SAP BW for data modeling, extraction, and transformation.Implement financial consolidation strategies for multiple SAP data sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Utilize SQL proficiency for data manipulation, querying, and analysis across various platforms.Leverage Snowflake for modern data warehousing and analytics, integrating with SAP and other systems.Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, facilitating data-driven decision-making.Contribute to the Data and analytics team by being collaborative, sharing best practices, and success stories, and participating in the team’s continuous improvement approach.About YouKey Functional Requirements & QualificationsStrong background in SAP Finance reporting with proficiency in S/4 HANA and ECC. Profitability analysis modules is high recommended.Advanced technical skills in SAP BW, including data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).Experience in financial consolidation of multiple SAP data sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, querying, and analysis across various platforms.Expertise in Snowflake for modern data warehousing and analytics, including integration with SAP and other systems.Proficient in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making.Relevant certifications in SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, or related technologies are a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and communication abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Soft and behavioral skillsExperience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and results.Experience working with multi-cultural, global teams.Service-oriented, flexible, positive team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated, takes initiative.Problem solving & critical thinking.Be able to manage ambiguity and capable of “organizing the chaos”Strong English skills both written and spoken. Spanish and/or French are a plus.Your backgroundExtensive experience (10+ years) in roles related to finance system architecture, data analytics, and project management.Consulting experience in Finance Implementation projects.Active roles in complex transformation projects with multiple deployments in parallel.Proofed Project Management skills in Data and analytics projectsExperience working with Agile methodologies.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience in a consumer healthcare company or a FMCG is a strong plus.Pursue , discover Better is out there.
