To grow our Digital Product team in Barcelona, we are currently looking for a Head of Global Digital Experience, a new role reporting to the Global Head of Digital Strategy and Expansion and working alongside key Global B2C & B2B channel and technology leaders

Main Purpose of Job : The Head of Global Digital will guide the expansion of Nespresso’s Digital Experience, Design & Content organization beyond eCommerce (Website, Mobile App, Content & B2B) to a more holistic, enterprise, channel-less scope incorporating digital product and service experiences to be used by Nespresso customers and employees in retail, call centers and other interactions

The main responsibilities can be organized in 5 main groups:

  1. Provide creative direction and visionary leadership to the UX, Design & Content teams:
  • Proactively benchmark design, content, and UX best practices across relevant industries.
  • Lead regular design review and creative ideation sessions to inspire the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to bring cutting-edge design, content, and UX solutions to Nespresso digital products and services.
  1. Build a comprehensive understanding of the current Nespresso customer and employee experience:
  • Collaborate with Brand, Commerce, Retail, CRM, and other relevant teams.
  • Articulate a user-centric vision for the future of the Nespresso experience.
  • Ensure alignment of digital product and service experiences with the overall brand identity.
  1. Support the development of a comprehensive global product roadmap:
  • Work closely with the Head of Global Digital Products.
  • Align the roadmap with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Encompass digital touchpoints such as Ecommerce, Mobile, Points of Sale, Order Management, 3rd party marketplaces, Customer Contact Centers, and Connected machines across B2C & B2B.
  1. Champion a culture of continuous experimentation and user research:
  • Partner with insights, analytics, and product teams to build a robust pipeline of UX testing.
  • Develop a user research roadmap to gather insights into customer and employee behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
  • Utilize research findings to support product and design evolutions and drive better business outcomes.
  1. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other teams to ensure a cohesive user experience:
  • Drive decisions related to the design system and its accompanying code.
  • Ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience across all channels, with a focus on product discovery and purchase.
  • Partner with brand and marketing teams to develop campaign and content strategies that enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Experience

  • University Degree
  • Min 10 year´s of human-centric design experience with a strong portfolio of digital/commerce experience design products.
  • Experience leading and managing UX/UI design and/or research teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma.
  • and web-based interfaces.
  • English fluent. Conversational Spanish and French as a plus.

  • Ability to manage markets expectations and synthetize their requests.
